Architectural Review
In order to maintain a highly sophisticated architectural character for this private community; all architectural modifications affecting the curb appeal of this unique community must be reviewed and approved in writing by the LRHOA Architectural Committee prior to the performance of any work.
Owners or agents representing the home owners must submit the following in order to get approval for any visual and architectural modification to their property that consequently affect the character of the subject property as seen from Los Robles Drive.
Any property owner may request an architectural committee review when the following documents / guidelines are ready.
Documents / guidelines needed for Architectural review:
- Existing [as is] property plans and or layout.
- Proposed modifications plans and or layout.
- Sketch (s) and or rendering (s) of proposed modification.
- Time schedule with anticipated start date and date of projected completion.
- Contractor (s) proof of Liability and Workmen Compensation insurance.
- Electronic copies of all above documents to be place on record with the Architectural Committee.
