Well, I've decided to take the plunge and recode this site in HTML5. Hopefully no one will notice any difference but if you do it's likely that you're using a non-compliant browser. You are better off downloading Firefox, Chrome or Safari and ditching IE.

There are several homes now on the market on our street. All beautifully redone and well appointed. Open houses are in progress. Let's see what the market will bear. Though on a sadder note we will miss those members when they leave.

In the past months there has been an abundance of remodeling and home improvement on our section of Los Robles. Much of this under the direction of Mr. Saba. Walid and Denny also deserve congratulations on the construction and opening of Dink's Restaurant.

Happy Mother's Day to Carol and Kathy. See most of everyone at the HOA meeting next week.
